Steps To Knowing Your Purpose

Cards, Priorities, Importance
This wisdom was imparted into my life by my Pastor and have blessed my life. I now share it with you to bless your life as you seek your God-given purpose”You are at your best when you are who God created you to be – Pastor A. R. Bernard.”
Jeremiah 1:5 (Contemporary English Version)
Jeremiah, I am your Creator, and before you were born, I chose you to talk for me, to the nations.
The principle which took hold of me and I live by,”vision stays the same but the methods to accomplish the vision can change.” Governs how I go about achieving my goal and making the right choices/decisions that will lead me to a positive outcome lining up with my objective. I had my share of paying the price for bad choices/decisions.
Just like a GPS system in a vehicle recalibrate when we do not follow the instructions it’s given us into the destination so God will redeem the time, recalibrate and use another system to get us to our purpose when we go our own way to accomplish the vision/purpose He has created us for.
Psalm 37:23 states
Here are some steps to consider when pursuing your purpose:
1) Waiting on God led leadership Isn’t easy but necessary for the plan to be done properly, orderly, and in decency (1 Corinthians 14:40)
2) Being prayerful and open to hear what God is saying is of great significance in achieving the vision
3) Having the courage to step out and execute the directions God tells you to do
4) Let God’s peace be your guide also when walking out the vision
5) Having faith in God, the eyesight, and also in yourself knowing that God put everything you want in you to do what He has designed and called you to do
He understands the plan as stated in:
Someone may have many thoughts concerning God’s plan for his life, but only the designs of his purpose will triumph in the end
Staying intimately connected to God and abiding in Him will cause you to achieve His desires for your life as well as getting His wisdom to reach and carry out your purpose. God won’t tell you everything trusting Him is imperative to obeying Him.
There’s no Plan B in God only different procedures to the vision He purposed you for before you were in your mother’s womb. Be encouraged by this scripture that has been comforting me and may it comfort you:
Psalm 138:8 (New King James Version)
The Lord will perfect that which concerns me
Your mercy, O Lord, endures forever;
Don’t forsake the works of Your hands.
Knowing what you’re good at and do well that is second nature to you normally is a clue to what your designed to do. You’ll also be passionate about what your purposed to do. God is very dedicated to seeing His purpose come to fruition in your life.
Let this quote encourage you as it has for me:
